Register now for the Strengthening Colorado Families and Communities Conference to be held September 26th - 28th in Vail, Colorado.
Registration costs $50, is nonrefundable, and includes all 3 days.
Overview of registration process -
- Complete a registration form below for each individual attendee and add to cart.
- Register each additional attendees by completing another registration form.
- Once a form is completed for all attendees you are registering, proceed to checkout and submit payment.
- You will receive a confirmation email with a link to submit additional information including dietary restrictions, accommodations, and breakout session selections. Registration is not complete and your spot is not confirmed until the Conference Attendee Confirmation is submitted. If you are registering multiple people, you will need to share the order confirmation email with each additional attendee so they can complete the Conference Attendee Confirmation.
Overflow Hotel Reservations
Hotel reservations are available at the Lodge at Vail.
Cost per night: $134. Cost for parking per night: $10.

A deposit of $134 (one night) will be taken at the time each reservation is confirmed. Deposit is only refundable if cancelled 30 days prior to arrival. Final payment due 72 hours prior to arrival.
Each organization whose attendees will expect exempt status must fill out a tax exempt form and file it with the resort.
